30th April Sunday 1 to 5.30pm £15/10 At the North London Buddhist Centre. 72 Holloway Road N7.
Through the five prostrations/ bowing to the earth we surrender the past. We go deeper, to heal ourselves, community, family, and bring peace to the earth. We will clear our ancestral line of past pain, angst and suffering.
