Q: Where can I get more information about what happened and how do I know if it affected me? What do I do if I feel my treatment has been delayed?

A: Over the next few weeks, we will be sending letters to veterans whose care may have been impacted by the new electronic medical record. The purpose of the letter is to provide information about the medical record transition and to ensure that veterans with concerns have an opportunity to contact a VA representative.
