FURTHER GROWTH FOR PRCC
At a time when many schools have been losing students, The River has seen it enrollment growth for the past nine consecutive semesters, making it the fastest growing community college in Mississippi. For the past six years, the school has maintained a tuition freeze while adding new programs and granting pay increases to faculty and staff.

Fall 2022 saw record enrollments while maintaining its position of 4thth largest community college in Mississippi for the third consecutive semester. The River’s continued growth can be linked to higher education administration’s goal of making higher education affordable, accessible and efficient.
