South East Murders: Nnamdi Kanu’s Attorney Takes Strong Legal Action Against Simon Ekpa And Others

Nnamdi Kanu, a lawyer for the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, has taken legal action against Simon Ekpa in far-off Finland.

In a subpoena shared on social media, Ifeanyi Ejiofor filed a lawsuit against Ekpa in a federal high court in Abuja.

Ejiofor, the plaintiff, accused Ekpa of a multitude of serious offenses stemming from his violent, disturbing and false statements.

Since Kanu’s imprisonment, Ekpa, the self-proclaimed leader of the IPOB, has remained violent by circulating hateful words on social media. An action that many Nigerians have described on various platforms as pitting Nigerians against each other, especially for those in the South East.

I also joined the lawsuit filed by Ejiofor, Anibueze Juliet, Obinna Victor Uzoaganobi, Chukwuemeka Livingstone and Raphael Chimaka Ajare as the second, third, fourth and fifth defendants.

All defendants, including Ekpa, are expected to appear in court within 30 days of service of the subpoena and note that if the plaintiff – Ejiofor – fails to do so, it may pursue the matter and render such judgment in their absence can be.

Ejiofor continued his tweets, assuring Ekpa and his cohorts affected by the mandatory legal action that no matter which country they are currently hiding under his sovereign protection, the full guns of the law will surely catch up with them .

In the meantime, previously reported that Finland-based terrorist Simon Ekpa has been identified as the main sponsor of terrorism in south-eastern Nigeria.

The prominent Igbo group Ohanaeze Ndigbo has asked the federal government to arrest him and repatriate him to Nigeria.

From its base in Finland, Ekpa has unleashed violence on an unlimited scale against the people of the south-east.

For his part, the flag-bearer of the Peoples’ Democratic Party in 2023, Atiku Abubakar, said that the sit-at-home order in the southeast could no longer be observed by the people of the region.

Atiku pledged that once elected President of Nigeria, he will ensure that all factors contributing to Biafra agitation in the region are addressed.

The former vice president also noted that the continued destruction of people’s businesses for not complying with the sit-at-home is hurting the region’s economy.
